Dr. Claire Damken Brown, founder and president of Damken Brown and Associates, Inc., is an enthusiastic popular speaker, consultant and author. She is coauthor of the following: the academic and management resource book, Conflict and Diversity; the business book, Code Switching: How to Talk So Men Will Listen; and, the trainers’ resource, The Gender Communication Handbook: Conquering Conversational Collisions between Men and Women. Dr. Brown is a recognized industry expert in diversity management and equal opportunity strategies, gender communication, cultural competency, and sexual harassment prevention. Dr. Brown has lectured and presented workshops across the United States for 25 years, either representing Fortune 50 corporations or her own business.
